| How to set up an account and receive your login and password. |
Please send an email to:  . (You will need to type this in your email program) Include your name, the name of your school or library, the address and phone number. If you do not wish to obtain a login you can still browse the site, start an order, print it out and fax it to: 800 561-1763.

| How to change your password. |
You must be logged in for this feature.
This feature is found under "My Account" at the top right of the site. Enter the current password next to "Password", Enter the new password next to "New Password", Re-Enter the new password next to "Confirm Password". Click "Submit". |

| You can view your order history. |
| You must be logged in for this feature.
Click on "Order History" at the top of the page. |

| How to save items to a shopping cart. |
You must be logged in for this feature.

| Simply start by adding items to the cart. |
 |
| This feature "Saved Carts" is found under "More Options" at the top right hand side of the site. |
 |
| Click the link "Saved Carts" and name your cart next to where it says "Create a new cart". You can now safely logout. Then when you are ready to complete your order just login, return to "Saved Carts" select the cart to purchase and click "Use" to continue. You may add books to this order or continue on to check out. But note that by clicking "Use" any items currently in your cart (not the titles in your saved cart) will be deleted. |

| How to use the Wish List. |
You must be logged in for this feature.
This feature "My Wish List " is found under "More Options" at the top right hand side of the site. You may set up as many Wish Lists as you want, under "Personal" and "Company". Enter a new name for each group, and click "Add Group". |

| Then as you are browsing through the titles click the drop down menu to "Add to Wish List" and choose the list you would like to add it to. You may add and delete items from your list. |

| Then check the items you wish to add to your cart. Which leaves the titles not chosen still in your wish list. |

| How to order an entire series. |
| The best way to do this is to do an "Advanced Search" by the series name. Then you will be able to check off the titles that you wish to purchase. |

| What is a Quick Order? |
| You must be logged in for this feature.
If you have a list of ISBNs you would like to order the best thing to do is click on the "Quick Order" link.
Here you can enter in your list of ISBNs and the quantity you would like to order, 10 at a time.
After entering 10 ISBNs click the "Add to Cart" button to continue adding ISBNs. |
