In order to login into the site you must register first. Please provide us with your postal code and phone
number in order to search for your institution. If you cannot find your customer name please to contact
firstname.lastname@example.org to set up your account.
To Build a Cart-Checkout or Quote
Add books to your cart using the quick search, advanced search and browse books function. The cart
icon displays order total including the discount. To checkout or view cart click on the cart icon. Continue
adding items to your cart, proceed to checkout or save your order as a quote.
Upon checkout choose cataloguing options if necessary and the total will calculate automatically. Please
note MARC records are now free via the downloadable option. Verify shipping and update shipping
address if necessary. Proceed to billing and choose who to bill and enter P.O. number (if needed), or
credit card or leave blank to bill to your account.
Click Forgot Password? and enter your email address. A new password will be sent to you which then
may be changed on the My Account page.
The cataloguing page lists many of the options available in an easy to fill out interactive form. The form
may then be emailed or faxed to us. In addition cataloguing options ordered will need to be added upon
checkout. Downloadable MARC records are now free of charge. Upon processing of your order a link will
be emailed to you to download your file to import into your library automation software. Any additional
components ordered will be sent with your order.
